We’ll be the first to admit, that we’re not perfect. All of our complaints stem from miscommunication or a lack thereof. Instead of trying to hide them, or talk around them, we’d prefer to be direct, transparent and give you all the information up front to set the right expectations so that you can make the best decision for yourself.

Complaint #1: I Can’t Get In Touch With Global Travel Network

We used to do all of our consultations in person, and you were handed everything you needed. Needless to say, the switch to completely digital has been a bit of a learning curve for us. Our new digital team is working to increase the methods you can contact us. If you have any questions, concerns, or need help, we encourage you to get a hold of us. Throughout our process, you will receive contact information with everyone you meet with.

You can also reach us on Facebook, Instagram, Contact Us Page, the chat box on all our pages, call, email, or text us anytime, and we’ll do our best to get back to you in a timely manner!

Complaint #2: I Didn’t Receive What I Was Promised

This is one we hear a lot. 

To recap our process: following your meeting you are emailed a check-in sheet link. All you have to do is click the link, fill out the form and click “submit.” After it is submitted, our gifting team processes it and delivers your vacation certificate (some certificates are emailed or sent in the mail). More often than not, our email was most likely filtered into your junk or spam folder. Please check the junk/spam folder first and if for any reason you cannot locate it please contact us with one of the methods above and we will work with you to resolve this issue and make sure you are satisfied.

Complaint #3: Pushy Sales Call

The goal of meeting with us is not to pressure you into buying something you don’t need or can’t afford. That’s ridiculous! Rather, we want to show you what we are all about and how we can make travel more affordable for you and your family. These consultations are meant to be fun, laid back, and most importantly, informative.

We understand our customer service reflects directly on your experience with us and the likelihood of you enjoying an excellent vacation. We are here to make the planning of a vacation as stress-free as possible. Again, there is absolutely ZERO obligation to sign up for or purchase anything to receive the vacation incentive you were offered.

Complaint #4: It’s A Timeshare

We hear this one a lot as well. We do offer our customers access to condos in resorts throughout the world WITHOUT being tied to one location or time of year.  We also never charge our customers any maintenance, cleaning, or trading fees associated with a timeshare. We offer so much more than just a timeshare – condos, cruises, Air/Hotel packages, guided tours, camping/RV parks, theme parks, all-inclusive resorts and packages, rental cars, and much much more… We are a wholesale travel company and offer discounted rates on any type of vacation.

I was skeptical at first but we agreed to do the meeting, They were very professional and friendly. I did the full meeting I chose to not go with their services, but they still made sure I got my trip. We are a super excited to be going to Disney with my family! I was not sure what to expect when they called me saying I was going to get a Hawaii vacation. But when it came in the mail it was definitely a pleasant surprise. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly, throughout the entire process I never felt pressured into anything. We did not end up buying anything but we plan to down the road. They still gave us our Hawaii vacation though!
